REALM MUSIC GROUP — DIGITAL DOWNLOAD & LICENSING REFUND POLICY

(Covers: MP3/WAV Downloads, Stems, Instrumentals, Jingles, Sync Licenses, and All Digital Files)

1. All Digital Sales Are Final

Because digital music files cannot be “returned,” all purchases of downloads, stems, instrumentals, licenses, and any other digital product are final and non-refundable.

Once the file is delivered or accessed, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or chargeback reversals will be accepted.

2. Immediate Access = Completed Delivery

When a customer completes a purchase, they receive:

• A download link
• An email confirmation
• Access to the file in their account (if applicable)

Accessing any of these items is considered proof of delivery and fulfills Realm Music Group’s obligation to deliver the product.

3. Unauthorized Chargebacks Are Not Allowed

Attempts to obtain a refund through a bank or credit card dispute after receiving the digital file are considered fraudulent.

Realm Music Group will provide:

• Download logs
• IP address verification
• Device/usage history
• Timestamps and email delivery proof
• A copy of this policy

…to the payment processor to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.

Customers may also be restricted from future purchases if fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Download Availability & Limits

To protect our artists and copyrights:

• Download links may expire after a set time period
• Download limits may be placed on each purchase
• Access may be tied to a single user or IP address

Sharing download links is prohibited.

5. Sync Licensing Sales Are Non-Refundable

All sync license purchases, including:

• Standard licenses
• Custom licenses
• Jingle usage
• Commercial usage
• Broadcast usage
• Film/TV/Advertising placements

…are non-refundable once delivered.
If an error occurs, please contact us and we will assist, but refunds cannot be issued after license delivery.

6. Incorrect Purchases

Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Realm Music Group is not responsible for:

• Accidental purchases
• Buying the wrong version
• Buying the wrong track
• Misunderstanding the license terms

However, we will always try to help with store credit or replacement files when appropriate.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience download issues, corrupted files, or trouble accessing your purchase:

• We will re-send your files
• We can provide an alternate link
• We will make sure you receive your product

This does not qualify for a refund, but support is always available.

8. Restricted Use of Purchased Music

Purchasing a download does not give rights to:

• Re-distribute
• Re-upload
• Re-sell
• Share
• Claim authorship
• Use commercially without a sync license

All copyrights remain owned by Realm Music Group and the respective artists.

9. Agreement to This Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:

• All applicable copyright laws
